During and subsequent to lockdown, we have been refining all business processes – ranging from marketing, to production to finance. It is so gratifying to see the benefits of this exercise in all areas of our businesses. Of course, we are all still a little bruised but we are confident that we have turned the corner and we are officially back on track.
